How to Buy Wine Online

When you go to the online shop, you will need to create an account before you can finalise your purchase. Once you have made your selection in the online shop click 'Checkout'. You will go to a page where you can log in if you have already set up an account. If you haven't set up an account yet select 'New' customer and fill in the fields. Click 'How to Set up an Account' below if you need more detail on how to set up and account and pay for your wine. Once your payment has been received your order will be shipped within a few days. You will receive email notification once your order has been placed. If you have any special delivery instructions don't forget to include them when you are ordering. Online purchases are available for delivery within Australia only. For international shipping, please contact Will directly. How to set up an Account

To set up a new account, go to the Online Shop and select the product[s] you would like to purchase. These will be added to your cart. Then select 'Checkout'. This will take you to a page where you either log in if you have already set up a profile or if not, click the 'new' customer button.
Enter the relevant details in the fields including a username and password [at least 6 characters] for future login. Click that you agree to the terms and click 'Send Registration'. You will receive an email that confirms your username and password. You don't need to respond to this. Just enter your username and password into the fields on the site and you will be taken to the 'Checkout' page. Here you can check your order, remove item[s] if necessary and check your billing info. Then click next. You can select whether or not you want to insure your purchase. Click next again. Check your delivery address and write a note with any special instructions if necessary. Then click 'confirm order'. Once this is done you will be sent an email with all the details of your order and you will be redirected to the Paypal payment page. If you have a Paypal account you will need to log in to pay by credit card. If not you can click the 'continue' link on the page [see image below] to pay directly with your credit card. Once your payment has been processed you will be automatically returned to the Wolseley site. When your order has been shipped you will be notified by email. Can I pay by Credit Card if I don't have a Paypal account?

If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit card. Just click the 'Continue' link on the Paypal screen near where it says 'Don't have a Paypal account?' See image below.

What do I do if I can't remember my Paypal login?
|
If you have a Paypal account but can't remember the password, click the 'Forgot password' link below the password field and follow the prompts to reset your password. Your username will be your email address. Or you can click the 'Continue without logging in' link below the login window to pay with any credit card. |
Can I pay over the phone?
| If you have trouble paying via Paypal, give Will a tingle. He can take your credit card payment over the phone. This may take a little longer to process as the wine can't be delivered until the payment hits Will's bank account. |
