Not many wineries in our region make a “sticky”. This is the Botrytised (a natural mould) Semillon grape that becomes the most mellow and flavoursome of late-harvest dessert wines.

After ten years we have finally commissioned our new winery building! This insulated space more than doubles our original concrete building floor area and will greatly facilitate the processing and storage of fruit and wine under cover.
French Winemakers at the Wolseley Winery

Seven young French backpackers descended on the Wolseley winery for this year's harvest. Three of them hail from the province of Alsace and two are qualified vignerons. Even more remarkably they each come from neighbouring families who have been growing and making wine for 400 years.
