Will Wolseley was visited by Gourmet Traveller, whose wine critic Max Allen has written favourably of the 2003 Wolseley Cabernet Sauvignon.
"Tasted in the tank at the winery just before bottling (if the wine makes it to the bottle safely), this will be a contender for one of the best cabernets ever produced in the Geelong region. It displays stunningly pure varietal characters of blackcurrant and herb, and a tight but grippy palate."
